OTC Supplements – Vitamin K

There are different forms of vitamin K: phylloquinone (vitamin K1) or menaquinones (vitamin K2). There are also different vitamers within the vitamin K2 class (MK-x.) For the purposes of this post, we will focus on three kinds of vitamin k. Vitamin K1 and then menaquinone-4 (MK-4) and menaquinone-7 (MK-7) which are both forms of K2.
